The business is in a strong growth phase, with multiple WA operations now working more closely together as part of a centralised group shared services team. About the Role The HR Business Partner / HR Advisor will provide hands‑on generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with leaders at the Henderson office and workshop. A key focus of the role is supporting the integration of the group’s operations – helping align processes, policies and, most importantly, two very different organisational cultures. The role will work closely with leaders to navigate this change, build trust and embed consistent practices as the group moves towards a shared services model. Key Responsibilities Partner with managers to deliver consistent and practical HR support Lead or support change management initiatives to align two distinct business cultures Support recruitment, onboarding and induction processes alongside the Talent Acquisition Advisor Coordinate performance and salary review processes, and provide advice on employee relations matters Assist with employee engagement initiatives including surveys, action planning and culture‑building activities Contribute to the alignment and improvement of HR policies, procedures and templates across the group Prepare HR metrics, workforce data and reporting to support strategic and operational decision making The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a generalist HR or advisory role (manufacturing, resources or industrial environment preferred) Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change or culture alignment projects Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and core HR processes Strong communication and relationship‑building skills – able to influence, coach and guide leaders through change HR qualifications or equivalent practical experience Experience using Employment Hero or similar HRIS systems desirable but not essential What’s on Offer Opportunity to help bring multiple businesses and cultures together as part of a growing group shared services function Broad exposure to both day‑to‑day HR operations and group‑wide change projects Supportive team environment and approachable senior leaders Free onsite parking and employee assistance program Competitive salary package and professional development opportunities
