Your role at St John of God Health Care Join our People team as a Human Resources Business Partner and partner with key stakeholders to lead and execute all People-related strategic and operational activities aligned to the People and workforce productivity and transformation strategic agenda. In this role, you will lead the identification, socialisation and execution of strategic people opportunities, continuous improvements, complex operational people risks and issues related to productivity and transformation priorities and initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Engage with leaders and subject matter experts (SME) to understand the people productivity and transformation agenda and rationale. Understand and develop initiatives to support the transformation agenda and execution of initiatives that align SJGHC, people and culture, and business goals to drive effective business outcomes. Support leaders and teams through change processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, and engagement support. Provide on-the-ground change support, coaching leaders and ensuring the right workforce mix is achieved, focussed on critical skills, roles and talent. Support and coach leaders to define, build and improve transformation-aligned caregiver engagement, experience, capability, development and performance and retention. Partner with leaders and key stakeholders in the development and implementation of business plans, aligning people plans and priorities, consistent with the overall people strategy and planning. Support the execution of business plans with appropriate headcount planning activities. The ideal candidate will hold a formal qualification in Human Resources or a related field, with extensive experience. You will have a proven ability to apply contemporary HR principles and align them with our business strategy. This role requires a strong focus on developing and coaching people leaders to help them succeed. You will also play a crucial part in supporting and implementing people-focused transformation projects and programs.
