Our Client Senior ER Advisor/Lead role within a well-established and supported team based on the outskirts of the CBD. This is a rare opening for a Senior Advisor or Lead seeking their next role to work within a friendly and supportive team of industry experts. Description Reporting to the HR Manager, your duties will include, but not limited to; Liaising with Unions and building productive and effective working relationships Working closely with the wider HR and Legal teams to ensure successful outcomes Provide IR & ER guidance to the local and regional stakeholder group Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders Drive a collaborative and harmonious working environment Draft and finalise formal documentation to support legislation and policy matters Interpret all relevant modern awards, legislations and regulations Profile As an ideal applicant, you will have; Tertiary qualified, ideally within Industrial Relations or Law Confident communicator at all levels of seniority Prior IR / ER experience, ideally supporting a large workforce Meticulous attention to detail Thorough knowledge and understanding of Australian legislation, awards and regulations Opportunity Stable organisation with a great reputation Excellent company benefits and recognition program Flexible work arrangements Competitive salary package on offer If you’re well suited to the opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
