Your role at St John of God Health Care Join our People team as an Employee & Industrial Relations Advisor project resource undertaking research, reporting and complex analysis of People-related productivity and transformation projects, including relevant award/agreement interpretation and Fair Work compliance. In this role, you will provide specialist ER/IR support to key business and project stakeholders on relevant ER/IR risks, considerations and opportunities related to the productivity and transformation program of work. Key responsibilities include: Contribute to the project strategies through gathering data, preparing reports, analysing information and suggesting key areas for consideration and action. Work in close collaboration with key business and Workforce stakeholders in the review, interpretation and compliance with awards/agreements. Conduct research and analysis, identify risks and recommend options/opportunities to meet organisational needs. Contribute to the achievement of projects and objectives within Workforce, report on emerging trends and issues and make recommendations to achieve successful outcomes. Conduct the preparation, research and dissemination of information for, and assists in the negotiation of enterprise agreements and the industrial advocacy of issues as they arise. Provide support to the Workforce, Employee and Industrial Relations team with relevant case management, award/agreement interpretation. Liaise with unions and caregivers (employees) on productivity and transformation related ER/IR matters as required. We are seeking a professional with a deep understanding of contemporary HR and industrial relations. You will have a track record of successfully guiding organisations through change by providing expert ER/IR support on transformation projects. Your ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders is a key strength. You will be adept at interpreting and applying complex employment law, awards, and agreements, and bring strong analytical skills and innovative thinking to solve problems.
