About the Role: As the HR Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our people feel supported and valued. You’ll be the first point of contact for all HR matters and help ensure our systems, processes, and employee experience run smoothly. Responsibilities will include: Manage onboarding, offboarding, compliance tracking, and employee record keeping Support employee relations by preparing documentation and tracking key HR actions Assist with HR policies and internal projects that shape a positive team culture Contribute to regular reporting and HR process improvements About you: HR Coordination experience – minimum 2 years demonstrated ability to support end-to-end HR processes. Experience in the not-for-profit or youth/community sector will be highly regarded. People-focused and professional – strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to respond to HR enquiries with empathy, discretion, and clarity. Organised and detail-oriented – ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and support timely HR reporting and documentation. HR framework, policy and systems savvy – familiarity with HR policies, employee relations documentation, award interpretations and HR systems.
