Located in a spectacular office at the top of Melbourne's CBD, our client is a boutique studio with a reputation for designing and delivering hotel, apartment and residential projects of the highest quality. With projects continuing to push forward, they have a newly created role available and are keen to engage a strong Revit Documentor with exceptional detail design and documentation skills. With a number of incredible projects in the hotel, apartment and high-end residential sectors, you'll need to have at least five years of exposure to similar projects, across varying scales. The level of documentation will vary from floor tile layouts, plans and schedules through to more complex interior and architectural detailing. Key Skills, Experience and Attributes Master of Architecture qualification 5 years of professional experience working in top-tier studios Excellent Revit proficiency Strong knowledge of construction documentation standards/practices Background in luxury residential, apartment, hotel projects Adaptable, forward-thinking and people focused Able to problem solve and provide solutions Will liaise with consultants, contractors and stakeholders In terms of your personal characteristics, creative ambition is highly valued, in addition to a confident, detailed, artistic approach. Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills are essential, with a team-oriented attitude and proactive view to learning.
