We are seeking an experienced and proactive Virtual Health Capability Manager to drive organisational readiness for virtual-first care. Reporting to the Director of Virtual Health , this pivotal role leads the design and implementation of capability uplift initiatives across people, systems, and processes. As a key change leader, you will support teams to embrace and embed virtual models of care, ensuring scalable, safe, and patient-centered service delivery across all business units. Key Responsibilities Analyse current virtual health capabilities and adoption, identifying gaps and providing data-driven insights to guide improvements and strategic planning. Develop and implement a virtual-first capability roadmap that aligns with the organisation’s Virtual Health strategy. Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed virtual health capability in operations, logistics, clinical care, and support services. Design and deliver training, frameworks, and practical tools that uplift staff confidence and competence in virtual care. Redesign workflows and processes to meet safety, quality, and compliance standards for virtual service delivery. Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Clinical Governance, L&D, and program leads to ensure integration of VH capability across functions. Evaluate capability uplift through effective reporting, risk identification, and performance monitoring. About You Proven experience in capability development, workforce transformation, or healthcare project delivery—ideally in digital health or virtual care environments. Strong understanding of virtual health models, telehealth workflows, and digital care integration. Outstanding change leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex transitions. Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders. Solid understanding of healthcare governance, compliance frameworks, and training standards. Qualifications in health, education, business, or organisational development are highly regarded.
