The key duties of the position include This position sits within the Marketplaces and Panels Team and is part of the Digital Sourcing Branch. We are looking for individuals at the APS5 level to join the Marketplaces and Panels Team. As a Panel Management Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic and operational management of the Cloud, Software, Hardware, Telecommunication Marketplaces and Data Centre Panels. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, contract and procurement advice, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives through effective panel oversight and performance reporting. Support Agency contract management on high impact, complex arrangements and contract issues to deliver better outcomes for commonwealth. Provide expert advice to key stakeholders on all aspects of procurement, to encourage innovative practices and support delivery of business and policy directions. Support the team and cross-functional working groups to achieve a high-level of performance, integration and consistency across the broader DTA. Assist with reporting activities in relation to supplier performance, customer satisfaction and market intelligence, including assessing market trends.
