About the Role Are you a strategic Salesforce expert passionate about solving complex business challenges and shaping consulting excellence? Join J4RVIS as a Principal Salesforce Consultant , where you’ll not only lead the delivery of impactful Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients but also play a critical role in growing our consulting capability. This is more than a delivery role—you'll be at the forefront of engaging senior client stakeholders, scoping and shaping transformative Salesforce programs, and building internal capability by developing consulting playbooks, reusable artefacts, and structured engagement approaches. Your expertise will guide both clients and consultants through every stage of the consulting lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead client engagements from discovery through to delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical outcomes Manage and influence senior client stakeholders to shape scope, strategy, and successful delivery of Salesforce programs Facilitate strategic discovery workshops, develop solution blueprints, and define roadmaps across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and industry solutions Define and institutionalise consulting best practices, reusable templates, engagement playbooks, and artefacts to uplift consulting capability across the firm Provide mentoring and guidance to consultants, supporting their professional growth and sharpening our internal Salesforce consulting excellence Drive cross-functional collaboration across architecture, delivery, and product teams to ensure fit-for-purpose, scalable solutions Support pre-sales engagements including solutioning, scope definition, estimation, and client presentations Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations and thought leadership around Salesforce capabilities and roadmap planning What You’ll Bring Deep Salesforce consulting experience with a track record of managing complex enterprise projects Expertise in scoping and leading multi-cloud Salesforce engagements across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and industry verticals Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and align business and technology outcomes A proactive approach to building and scaling internal consulting capability—creating artefacts, frameworks, and coaching approaches that uplift teams Excellent facilitation skills for workshops, discovery sessions, and solution definition Hands-on Salesforce knowledge and experience working in Agile environments A passion for delivering measurable business value and a commitment to excellence in client outcomes At J4RVIS, everyone has a purpose and everyone has a role no matter how big or small the role is.
