What you will be doing: Escalation point for L2’s Work across projects including; Sharepoint & O365 migrations Set up networks Installing and config windows servers Mentor service desk engineers What you need to have: 4 year experience working across service desk (MSP environment) Technical expertise in Office 365 migrations Sharepoint migrations Windows Server – end to end set up Firewalls, switches, routers – end to end set up HyperV/ Vmware Virtual datacentre Active Directory – new domain set ups Drivers license You must have PR or Citizenship to be considered.
