We’re looking for a safety-minded professional ready to roll up their sleeves and bring structure to the department and wider team. This organisation has identified the gaps, and now they need someone to kickstart meaningful change. You’ll take the lead on psychosocial risk work, facilitating focus groups, building documentation and processes from scratch, and supporting a consistent rollout across faculties. You’ll work closely with Safety Business Partners and an external provider to create scalable, practical improvements. This isn’t a role about writing policies that sit on a shelf; it’s about embedding real, usable systems that change how safety is delivered across the organisation. Key duties: Act as the central liaison between safety teams and external providers Lead coordination and delivery of psychosocial safety focus groups Build frameworks, guidelines and documentation from the ground up Map current gaps and create practical, scalable solutions Support the rollout of safety procedures across faculties and divisions Conduct data analysis to identify themes and drive action Develop and improve psychosocial hazard reporting and tracking processes Help design training programs to support consistent understanding Ideal candidate: Has experience in psychosocial risk and general safety Has led or supported a rollout of safety or risk programs Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Can coordinate multiple stakeholders and facilitate focus groups Is confident working across different teams, divisions, or faculties Has strong documentation and data analysis skills Please apply directly or reach out to Natalie with any questions.
