We are hiring for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead cross multiple cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise environment. Responsibilities Act as the servant leader and chief Scrum Master for the Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and agile principles. Facilitate PI (Program Increment) Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos. Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, and Business Owners to ensure clear objectives and prioritisation across the program. Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments that impact multiple teams and escalate where necessary. Monitor progress toward PI goals, using metrics and tools such as Jira, ADO, or Rally. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and coach teams and stakeholders on SAFe practices and agile maturity. Ensure transparency by tracking and reporting program-level progress, quality, and delivery metrics. Drive collaboration between teams, suppliers, and stakeholders across functions to maximise business outcomes. Support Lean-Agile budgeting, capacity planning, and program governance in alignment with enterprise priorities. Experience 5 years of experience in agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project/Program Manager), with at least 2 years as a Release Train Engineer or similar. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAFe, preferably with SAFe RTE certification. Experience leading large-scale Agile programs across distributed teams and complex technology environments. Proficiency with Agile planning and execution tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar. Exceptional facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members and influence organisational agility. Strong understanding of software development, DevOps, and Agile principles. Experience in enterprise digital transformation, cloud, or product delivery programs. Experience working in global or matrix organisations.
