We strive to generate value through providing specialist advice and making recommendations to optimize decision making, delivering transparent processes and implementing governance and controls to mitigate risk.   What Youâll Do We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager - Oracle ERP Transformation to lead the Supply Chain Finance and Cost Accounting workstream within our Oracle Fusion ERP transformation (2 years fixed-term contract ). This role is instrumental in shaping the financial architecture of our end-to-end supply chain, ensuring accurate cost visibility, operational alignment, and financial integrity across global manufacturing and distribution networks. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cost accounting, ERP transformation, and supply chain finance, and will serve as a key change leader across Finance, Operations, and Technology teams.  This role offers a hybrid working environment , with time split between our Bella Vista office and working from home. What You Bring Lead the cost accounting and supply chain finance transformation within the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation project, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, GTS, and external consultants) to design, configure, and test cost accounting modules. Define and document costing methodologies, including standard costing, actual costing, and variance analysis. Drive data migration and validation activities related to inventory, BOMs, routings, and cost elements. Develop and implement controls and reporting for inventory and cost accounting within the new ERP system. Drive change management and training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes by regional teams and develop power users. Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables, ensuring timely and quality execution. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations. Required: Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation, specifically in Cost Management or Inventory Accounting. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory valuation, and inventory flow principles. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
