Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter in a manufacturing setting, with a strong preference for experience in food, beverage, or dairy production. The ability to weld (MIG is essential, TIG is a bonus). Machining skills. Familiarity with machinery such as conveyors, form, fill & seal machines, mixers, and pressure cookers. A collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your Responsibilities: You'll be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
