Description Support all the activities for the effective implementation of HSE management system. Maintain relevant licenses required by the local government for the facility operations. Coordinate the fire protection system maintenance and the required licensing. Liaising with relevant governmental bodies as required. Ensure work activities comply to local regulations and company policies. Conduct Risk Assessments with operations for work activities. Identify hazards in workplace and ensure that control measures are in place. Ensure that incidents (e.g. near hit, property damages, personnel injuries) are reported. Coordinate with relevant parties to conduct incident investigation and root cause analysis. Review and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are duly implemented. Identify near hits and ensure corrective measures are taken. Monitor non conformances and its closing status. Provide/arrange HSE training as instructed. Ensure all observation cards are properly submitted into the system, tracked and completed. Conduct safety and housekeeping inspections. Provide support for Toolbox Talk. Monitor lifting equipment inspection status and update. Provide HSE Induction training for new employees. Maintain HSE Statistics and report to relevant parties. Participate and assist local management with the conduct of monthly safety meeting. Update and disseminate emergency response procedures. Control of company HSE documents and records. Any other duties as reasonably requested by HSE Manager and local management. Support Facility HSE Representative Program. Support Company Environment, Social and Governance practices and reporting. Review and ensure that only approved chemical (with relevant SDS) is used in the facility. Qualifications: Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified ISO 45001 auditor . 1 - 3 years’ experience in related field with a demonstrated record of successful management. Good communication skill. Familiar with local legislation. Should be familiar with managing workover claims and Return to Work Programs. Ability to work independently.
