As a Hotel business development manager , you support the retention, reactivation or acquisition of TMC customers’ hotel spend and generate revenue by promoting the adoption of the RoomIt by CWT hotel booking solutions increase hotel volumes and attachment rate in assigned markets and regions with the TMC Sales and Program Management Teams. RoomIt by CWT is the recently launched hotel division of CWT. RoomIt provides travelers with the rooms, rate, amenities and loyalty programs they want, while helping organizations control their budget and improve travel oversight. We are looking for the first generation of people to help us pioneer a new path for companies and their employees to purchase hotels for business travel. Your Responsabilities Are The Following •You form deeply integrated partnerships with Program Management teams in your assigned countries to maximize hotel retention and upsell opportunities •Conduct regular calls and meetings with your assigned countries with client owners to support and advise on hotel solutions and industry trends and competition •Participate in client meetings as the Hotel subject matter expert, organize demos of hotel products, both online and mobile •Collaborate with TMC client owners on their clients’ hotel spend and suggest new initiatives to increase their hotel attach rate as part of the clients hotel action plan detailing objectives, timelines and measurable goals •Work on pricing strategies with the client owners or the TMC Sales teams, determine how the make the hotel offer a true differentiator to win a customer •You provide client, competitor and market feedback to the Hotel Marketing department on the development of high quality sales collateral and proposals to prospective customers, presenting our hotel standalone offer •Align with the Proposal Development Team on the creation, customization and submission of bespoke client-facing bid responses •Proactively attend trade shows and networking events as required As a key member of the team you represent and share CWT RoomIt values in order to strengthen the brand image and culture. You maintain an excellent understanding of CWT RoomIt tools, technology and products, promote a harmonious working climate fostered by morale and engagement, productivity and efficiency with all the collaborators and project a favorable image of CWT RoomIt to promote its aim and objectives to foster and enhance public recognition and acceptance in each of its areas and endeavors. You Have The Following Skills •You are perfectly fluent in English, written and spoken •Strong presentation skills required •Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and PowerPoint •Ability to use and optimize a CRM •You have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business related field, Sales specialty preferred •Experience and knowledge of hotel sales and distribution and/or global travel management a strong asset •An experience in successfully selling within a B2B environment is required •Strong interpersonal skills •You have an entrepreneurial mindset, driving projects and sales process up to completion in a creative manner •You have a strong commitment to selling, enjoying the challenge of growing Hotel Solutions and CWT revenues •Understand market trends and analyze customer buying patterns •You bring the client fast and useful solutions in an agile way LI-DJA LI-DJA
