About the Role We are looking for a passionate and motivated Group Fitness Coordinator to join our Sharks Health & Fitness Centre team on a 6-month temp contract , with the potential for continuation upon review. In this exciting position you’ll be at the heart of the club, growing our Group Fitness offerings. Your goal is to foster a vibrant and supportive community and to inspire members on their fitness journey. Program and maintain the weekly group fitness timetable, ensuring a balanced and engaging class offering. Conduct regular performance reviews and check-ins with group fitness instructors to maintain high standards. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new instructors, including outsourcing talent as required. Actively promote group fitness across all club channels to drive attendance and engagement. Collaborate closely with the General Manager on all group fitness-related initiatives, including member feedback, special events, and new program launches. Communicate all club promotions and updates to instructors, keeping everyone aligned with the club goals.
