About Your New Role Lead responsive contract administration, documentation and governance activities. Including providing guidance to the assigned partner as part of the Contract Management and Partnerships team. This includes coordination of internal business processes related to contracts, administration of contractual arrangements, interpreting contract documents and facilitating contractual processes, including governance and facilitation processes. Responsibilities include: Lead contract administration for key waste and resource recovery agreements, including leading and supporting the development of internal resources Manage contractual governance, including reporting and oversight meetings Ensure compliance with City policies and agreement requirements Prepare and maintain contract documentation, including variations, registers, and meeting records Contribute to contract management tasks, including negotiating scope and cost items Advise teams on contract-related technical enquiries and requirements Maintain strong working relationships with the Waste and Resource Recovery team and delivery partners in delivery of the Waste Partnerships function Assist in preparing timely reports on contract status for stakeholders We're Looking For People Who Have Minimum 5 years’ experience in contract administration/management roles Experience in leading and developing teams Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Laws or Equivalent Knowledge Be part of shaping the Gold Coast's future The Gold Coast is inspired by lifestyle and driven by opportunity.
