About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive business growth through strategic client management, new business development, and proactive retention strategies. Reporting to the General Manager of Commercial Excellence , you’ll play a critical role in shaping long-term commercial outcomes and delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of high-value clients. You’ll be instrumental in enhancing the company's market position, converting prospects into loyal customers, and growing revenue across national contracts. Through close collaboration with Operations, Tender, Compliance, and Executive teams, you'll ensure top-tier service delivery while enhancing the company's market position, converting prospects into loyal customers, and growing revenue across national contracts. Your Key Responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships across diverse sectors Identifying new business opportunities and converting prospects into active clients Presenting tailored solutions that address current and future client needs Retaining and growing existing contracts through proactive account management Creating and managing Contract Management Plans (CMPs), including negotiation, implementation, and KPI reporting Maintaining regular contact with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service and respond to client escalations Utilise CRM tools to manage the full customer journey Working with leadership on quarterly reports, strategy sessions, and national client events. What You’ll Bring: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Key Account Manager with experience in the commercial cleaning, facilities or property services sector.
