S2M is currently recruiting for a strategic and driven Business Development Lead to take the lead in identifying, nurturing, and closing high-value opportunities in the ingredients space. You'll play a pivotal role in accelerating our expansion into new categories, such as ready-made juices, supplements, and pet nutrition, and international markets including the US. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing Build strategic relationships with decision-makers in health food, beverage, and nutraceutical brands Collaborate with sourcing, QA, logistics, and offshore teams to ensure seamless customer experiences Drive growth through insight-led outreach, smart forecasting, and expert pipeline management Use tools like ZoomInfo, Engage, and NetSuite to enhance sales efficiency and visibility Key Requirements: 5 years’ experience in sales or business development, ideally in the food, beverage, or supplement industry Proven ability to deliver revenue growth through strategic selling Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Experience managing leads and sales pipelines through CRM platforms A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen What's in it for you?
