At Gybe Consulting, we’re working with a purpose-led organisation that’s driving environmental change at scale and they need a Digital Engagement Lead to lead the charge in shaping how their members interact, engage, and grow with their digital ecosystem. This isn’t your standard digital marketing role. You won’t be running ad campaigns or buried in performance dashboards. Instead, you’ll be focused on lifecycle marketing, behaviour change, and member experience, with full ownership over digital engagement and retention strategies. What you’ll be doing: Designing and implementing lifecycle journeys in Braze that deepen engagement and drive customer retention Leading a major member engagement uplift project, making their digital app and experience genuinely valuable and ‘sticky’ Owning and optimising digital assets including the app, portal, and member website Collaborating with teams across content, strategy, product, CX, and campaign to bring user-centric ideas to life Using data to improve how members interact with the platform continuously testing, improving, and evolving touchpoints What they’re looking for: A self-starter with experience in lifecycle marketing, automation and digital personalisation Someone who can build a journey in Braze and ideally write a SQL script or connect workflows in Zapier Strong experience in digital behaviour change, preferably in member-based or consumer-facing environments Growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement A leader who can set the standard, coach one direct report, and influence teams around them Why this role?
