The Opportunity This is a broad and dynamic role for a senior marketer who’s equally comfortable setting strategy and getting hands-on in the day-to-day. You’ll lead marketing direction across digital, brand, content, campaign and franchise engagement, all while working in a fast-paced, purpose-led business that values innovation and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies aligned to commercial goals, with a strong digital focus. Brand & Campaigns : Lead brand consistency and creative across all platforms; drive effective multi-channel campaigns grounded in data and ROI. Digital Innovation : Stay ahead of the curve across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social, influencer engagement, content and AI tools. Team & Budget Leadership : Build and manage a high-performing internal marketing team; oversee agency relationships and manage national marketing spend. Franchise Network Engagement : Design and implement a national marketing fund model, ensuring franchisee buy-in and effective rollout. Market Insight & Partnerships : Drive market research, uncover trends, and nurture brand partnerships and influencer relationships. Performance & Reporting : Create content strategies that drive conversion and implement performance KPIs to track and report impact to senior leadership. What We’re Looking For 7–10 years’ experience in senior marketing roles, ideally with exposure to franchising, health/wellness, or retail environments. A proven track record in leading digital marketing initiatives and managing high-performing teams. Commercial mindset with a flair for data-driven strategy and campaign optimisation. Strong experience working across marketing fund governance and supporting franchisee success. Comfortable navigating emerging technologies – from AI tools to marketing automation platforms. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Degree qualified in Marketing, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
