Impact you will have The Campaign Specialist (IG & Events) will work closely with the Fundraising Manager to drive donor growth and increase revenue through strategic, targeted campaigns. In this role, you will contribute to the planning and delivery of key fundraising initiatives, including donor acquisition, warm appeals, retention programs, and CBCF’s flagship event, Walk 4 Brain Cancer. We're looking for a tactical and results-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can confidently manage multi-channel campaigns, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless, on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute end-to-end digital marketing and fundraising campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external partners Support digital donor acquisition, appeals, and events through campaign planning, content sourcing, and stakeholder coordination Manage campaign-related budgets, invoicing, reporting, and performance analysis to generate data-driven insights Assist with donor data management, including selections, imports/exports, and process documentation Support delivery of email and SMS campaigns via Campaign Monitor Assist in the development and execution of supporter onboarding and lifecycle communications Handle day-to-day campaign administration and operational tasks Skills and Experience Previous experience in direct marketing, campaign coordination, digital marketing, or appeals, ideally in the non-profit sector Ability to deliver fundraising campaigns from concept through to outcome reporting Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Familiarity with digital marketing tools - experience with Salesforce and Campaign Monitor preferred Confident in working collaboratively with both internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring performance, reporting on KPIs, and using data to generate actionable insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and high-level administrative capability Proactive and solutions-oriented Understanding of campaign strategy, including segmentation, targeting, and supporter journeys A genuine commitment to joining a team that is committed to raising funds to support people living with brain cancer and their families Applications Please direct all enquiries to Kristina Lesko at Impact Advising on kristina@impactadvising.com.au Impact Advising is committed to creating diverse and inclusive work environments that reflect the rich tapestry of our communities.
