About the role CE Group is currently in a large period of growth and we have an exciting position for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team . Our Marketing coordinator will ensure CE Group’s brand and marketing efforts are consistent across all channels. This role handles daily marketing tasks, manages brand tools and templates, supports internal communications, and assists with project case studies, social media, and marketing materials. About you: This role ensures the brand consistently reflects CE Group’s professional image and marketing position, your input will involve: Assist in the development and formatting of marketing material (may include: capability statements, flyers, social media content and case studies.) Maintain a library of brand templates and ensure consistency across documents and presentations for business readiness Support content collation and scheduling for social media and internal communications Assist with organising and coordinating photoshoots, video content and events Monitor and analyse competitor activities and emerging market trends to stay ahead of the game Assist of collection of materials for tender preparation, expressions of interest and presentations Liaise with individual teams to assist with marketing objectives and overall goals Frequent monitoring and assessment of brand performance in the market Assist in monthly reporting and budget preparation for internal stakeholder review Requirements To be successful in this role, will have the following; Exceptional attention to detail with second to none drafting, proofing and editing skills. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks coupled with your ability to work under pressure, and to strict deadlines. Advanced Microsoft Word skills and competence in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Demonstrated ability to utilise InDesign, Canva and the extended Adobe suite of products Strong communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position Preferable background in construction, however not essential.
