What this role is responsible for: The role is responsible for the development, implementation and optimisation of multichannel digital campaigns across the Deaf Lottery. It is an important member of the Deaf Lottery team, and plays a role in strategy development, future growth targeting and brand building for the lottery product. Key responsibilities include: Develop, implement, and optimise multichannel digital campaigns across the Deaf Lottery. Contribute to strategy development, future growth targeting, and brand building for the lottery product. Plan and deliver sales campaigns, aiming to meet/exceed KPIs and build audience loyalty. Manage campaign implementation across paid and organic channels (e.g., media, email, SMS, social, affiliates). Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and third-party agencies for digital performance and media execution. Compile and analyse campaign reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Identify and recommend acquisition, retention, and growth strategies for both new and established channels. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital trends to inform and innovate sales and marketing strategies. The experience we are looking for: Familiar across Paid Media Channels – FB Business Manager, Google Ads (SEM, YouTube, GDN) Display, Native, Print, Above the Line (Outdoor, Radio, TV, Online Video) Experience with marketing EDM & SMS platforms. (Braze advantageous) Experience in managing website content (CMS) Experience in using social media scheduling software for organic posts Highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks / campaigns at any one time, including planning, tracking and reporting on their performance. Understanding of data, metrics and analysis with the ability to provide insights, learnings and recommendations for improvement.
