Or maybe you’re already a Supervisor looking for a more structured and highly reputable builder that values quality and accountability? We’re working with a well-established residential builder in Sydney’s South West to find their next Construction Supervisor . You’ll be part of a small, high-performing construction team who take pride in doing things properly What You’ll Do: Supervise multiple project sites Ensure projects run on time and to spec Oversee multiple residential project sites (medium-density & multi-lot) Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control Deliver to high standards with clear internal processes What We’re Looking For: Strong trade background – ideally carpentry, bricklaying, plumbing, or electrical Strong communicator who’s firm but fair with contractors Located in or near SW Sydney Past experience supervising or running your own crew or business is a huge plus Good tenure with reputable builders – we’re looking for consistency and pride in your work Why This Role?
