About the Opportunity As the Tender Presenter, you’ll be the critical link between the deposit and contract signing stages. You'll work closely with internal departments and clients to present tenders, clarify costs, and help clients confidently move forward with their new home journey. Key Responsibilities Present and sign tenders with clients, explaining key details clearly Communicate variations, inclusions, and site costs with full transparency Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness Confidently explain key components of HIA contracts Provide excellent customer service and professional follow-through Complete required administration and maintain accurate documentation What You’ll Bring Previous experience in residential construction – tenders, sales or project coordination Understanding of building codes, contracts, and the ability to read and explain drafting plans Professional communication and strong organisational skills A proactive mindset and high attention to detail Why Join?
