Production Estimator - Custom Homes - Prestons What’s On Offer Vibrant office culture Free PT Session each week (if you like) Have a manager that has been in the industry for over 20 years Overview Of The Company / Role Head office in Prestons Family-owned custom home builder established for 13 years with 32 staff Solid pipeline or work across the business with 100 jobs in Pre Construction currently Builds range from $750k - $1.5m The roles will r eport to the Operations Manager who has a 20 year track record in the industry The ideal candidate will be confident, strong willed, a team player and passionate about delivering a high level of service Must have a minimum of two years experience in the home building industry in the same role Company use various programs for workflow management like Databuild, Planswift and Customer Service mainly use Onsite Companion Salary depends on years experience - $75k - $95k Super Requirements To Apply Minimum 2 years experience working within the project / custom home building industry as a Production Estimator Intermediate to Advanced level experience using DATABUILD would be highly advantageous but not essential (onboarding provided) Reasonable knowledge of Excel Strong time management and organisational skills Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills Ability to work autonomously Proven track record within the home building industry Strong team player Able to meet deadlines Understanding of residential design codes, building codes and other relevant Australian Standards Sound knowledge of Operational process flow Solution focused and goal orientated to drive an overall positive culture within the business How To Apply To send in an application, please hit ‘Apply’ and attach resume or alternatively, if you have any questions about the role or company please call Claire Boland on 0485 884714.
