The Role As a Customer Service Officer , you’ll be a key point of contact for clients throughout the pre-construction and construction process , ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Your responsibilities will include: Client Communication: Managing circa 60 clients at once managing all customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently. Project Tracking & Administration: Using the company's systems to monitor project progress. Timeline Management: Ensuring pre-construction timelines align with tender agreements. Document & Variation Management: Following up on signed documents, contracts, and variations. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Liaising with staff to maintain excellent customer satisfaction. Daily System Updates: Keeping records updated for accurate project tracking. About You Experience in the residential construction industry (customer service or admin role preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
