This role will involve providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process. Our ideal candidate is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience and contributing to our team's ongoing success. This role is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with a strong interest in Recruitment and Human Resources or an experienced Administrative Assistant looking for a new challenge. The role includes : Answering or directing candidate enquiries (phone & email) Conducting phone screenings Scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers Scheduling and booking medicals Ordering PPE Raising and receipting purchase orders for recruitment activities Maintaining recruitment and HR records through Workday, and other related systems. Administration of recruitment documents and site entry compliance requirements. Providing administrative support to the recruitment team including document filing, data entry and reporting Assisting with the planning and organising of Assessment Centre days What do I need?
