About the Role As the Recruitment Manager, you will oversee our recruitment process across multiple roles and clients. You’ll lead and support our recruitment team, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure we consistently meet hiring needs in a timely and compliant manner. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of recruitment, including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, and talent pooling for current and future vacancies. Ensure recruitment activities align with company KPIs and are completed within set timeframes and compliance standards. Perform white-collar recruitment as required and undertake administrative tasks as directed. Train, mentor, and manage a team of Recruitment Advisors, providing ongoing performance management and leading by example with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Conduct regular one-on-ones with Recruitment Advisors, supporting them to meet individual and team targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer service and compliance. Collaborate with the mobilisation and administration teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Maintain an up-to-date job vacancy list and proactively engage with clients to update role availability. Manage the tracking and implementation of annual performance reviews. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both blue-collar and white-collar sectors. Communicate key issues or risks to the General Manager – People & Culture or Managing Director in a timely and solution-oriented manner. Implement creative marketing campaigns to attract new talent and respond to shifts in the recruitment market. Lead regular team meetings, fostering a collaborative and high-performing recruitment culture. Travel to client mine sites as required to support recruitment activities and maintain relationships.
