About You Experienced in blue collar recruitment (white collar a plus) within mining or civil construction Minimum 2-3 years in an internal recruitment environment Natural communicator with ability to respond quickly to change Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities Screen candidates and ensure compliance (e.g. tickets, medicals).
