We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong background in blue-collar recruitment and mobilisation and a degree in Human Resources to meet current & future project requirements. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for blue-collar positions. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilise recruitment software and tools to track and manage candidates. Mobilisation Support mobilisation requirements for each project executed. Participate in effectively managing travel, accommodation and journey planning for all SMS Group projects. Support all mobilisation activities aligned with compliance, employment legislation and SMS policies. Reporting Ability to produce accurate reports and keep records across various platforms. Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to the HR Manager.
