About the Team The product function plays a central role in developing and managing a broad suite of SME-focused insurance products. Working cross-functionally with technology, compliance, analytics, customer and operations teams, the team ensures products are commercially strong, operationally sound, and easily accessible for small business clients. The Role As the Financial Lines Product Lead, you’ll own a portfolio of Financial Lines products across the ANZ region. Reporting to the Head of Product & Acquisition, this role is a blend of leadership, strategy and hands-on delivery. You’ll take the reins on insurer relationships, performance insights, regulatory compliance and product lifecycle management—while contributing to broader team strategy and mentoring others. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Delivery Lead the Financial Lines product suite, managing performance, partner relationships and development roadmaps Drive product enhancements using data insights and market feedback Own delivery of product changes: scoping, documentation, testing, release Monitor performance metrics, drive improvements and report on outcomes Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Partner closely with senior leaders in Product, Tech, Compliance and Ops Contribute to team operations, issue resolution and strategic planning Coach and guide junior team members across shared initiatives Governance & Compliance Work with Risk & Compliance to uphold underwriting standards and binder requirements Maintain process documentation, training tools and product collateral Support internal audits, QA processes and regulatory alignment What You Bring 5 years' experience in Financial Lines (broking, underwriting or product-focused roles) Strong understanding of D&O, PI, Cyber, and related coverages Confident communicator who can liaise across business units and senior stakeholders Experience leading or coaching teams A balance of strategic thinking and executional rigour Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity Understanding of product delivery and tech-led environments a bonus Why This Opportunity?
