About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Casino Inspector to join our regulatory operations team. In this dynamic role, you will undertake casino-based inspections and provide compliance support to ensure adherence to legislative requirements and obligations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct risk-based inspections, including after-hours and weekend work Liaise with customers and representatives on compliance matters Prepare accurate reports and correspondence to support decision-making Identify and escalate instances of non-compliance Conduct research and access relevant databases to assess regulatory obligations Maintain accurate records to support ongoing compliance activities To be successful you will have: Experience in compliance, inspection, or regulatory environments Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance frameworks Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Strong communication, analytical, and report-writing skills Ability to manage competing deadlines in a high-volume environment Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in complex situations If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
