About the Company Our client is an investment firm, specialising in mortgage lending. About the Role Reporting into the Lending Manager, you will provide administrative support across loan applications. You will use your technical abilities, attention to detail and communication skills to provide an excellent service to internal and external stakeholders, supporting with queries when required. This is a permanent and full-time role, based in the CBD, with flexibility to work from home. Duties Your duties will include: Preparing loan application documentation, and entering new data regarding applications onto databases. Drafting conditional approval letters and formal loan approval documentation. Issuing invoices for payments. Arranging creditor payments. Conducting ID verification checks, including credit checks and company searches. Assisting with the onboarding of new loan brokers. Processing commitment fee payments. Skills & Experience To be a successful candidate, you will ideally have: Minimum two years of experience working in a similar role. Experience working in the financial services industry or a mortgage broker. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
