This role is instrumental supporting organisational goals by delivering effective HR strategies, while also ensuring compliance and consistency in people practices. You'll promote and champion our values and drive business success through the development and implementation of policies, recruitment, job design, performance management, learning and development, and end-to-end employee life cycle support. As the People & Culture Manager, you will: Develop and deliver P&C strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection across Australia and New Zealand Lead market research to establish competitive pay structures and salary bands that attract and retain talent while maintaining labour cost control Support business growth through employee engagement, development, motivation, and retention initiatives Maintain and monitor HR policies, procedures, and systems across the organisation Foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture Oversee the performance review process to support continuous improvement Manage pay plans, benefits programs, and performance-based incentive systems Assess organisational L&D needs and lead training planning and execution Ensure full compliance with all HR legislation and regulatory requirements Establish and manage wage structures, pay policies, and bonus frameworks Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing Coordinate workforce planning and deployment for operational (car park) teams Maintain HR content across intranet and internet platforms, including recruitment and culture pages Leverage HRIS systems for efficient HR record keeping, reporting, and improvements Oversee employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, investigations, and legal collaboration Lead, coach, and develop the People & Culture team We're looking for someone who brings: 5 years' experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive Degree in Human Resources or related field Strong leadership and stakeholder relationship management skills Proven track record of delivering HR initiatives that drive business outcomes Knowledge of HR metrics and ability to use data to guide decision-making Experience using HR systems and databases (HRIS) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong conflict resolution, influencing, and internal customer service abilities In depth understanding of labour laws and HR best practices High level of computer literacy
