We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the end-to-end design and implementation of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) within a leading organisation. This is a 6-month contract with strong potential for extension, based ideally in Sydney, but open to Melbourne or Brisbane locations with flexible hybrid working arrangements. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and document business requirements across human capital management (HCM), workforce management, and payroll functions Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, Payroll, and Compliance to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions Support the development of project schedules and tracking/reporting progress (PI schedules) Identify and manage risks, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation About You: Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on HRIS or ERP implementations UKGPro (formerly Kronos) experience is essential – candidates without this will not be considered Strong understanding of HR/payroll processes and compliance Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and facilitation skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, enterprise environments What’s on Offer: Long-term opportunity with extensions highly likely Work with a collaborative, high-performing team Make a real impact on an enterprise transformation If you're a skilled BA with UKGPro or Kronos experience ready to hit the ground running – we want to hear from you.
