In this pivotal role, you will drive initiatives that foster a positive and engaging workplace culture, while providing strategic support to the broader team. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and the implementation of HR policies — all aimed at maintaining a high-performing, people-focused organization. Please note - this is a full-time, on-site role that requires presence in the office five days a week. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this position. Key Responsibilities Create and update HR policies that align with the company’s goals and values. Work with leadership to set and achieve HR goals. Manage the hiring process to bring in top talent. Manage performance reviews and provide support for employee growth. Work with managers to identify training and development needs. Stay updated on labor laws to keep the company compliant. Create a safe, fair, and inclusive workplace environment. Oversee salary, benefits, and other employee rewards. Conduct regular market research to ensure competitive compensation. Use data to track employee engagement, turnover, and other key metrics. Report insights and recommend improvements to leadership. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification a plus. 5 years of HR experience. Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills in both languages. Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance. Strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
