Reporting into an experienced and respected Head of Reward Governance, you will be responsible for providing analytical support and research across remuneration, recognition and benefits programs, with a particular focus on supporting RemCo activity and Employee Equity plans. Back to you … As a well-rounded early-mid career Remuneration Analyst (3-5 years exp.), ideally you have an understanding of exec comp fundamentals and ASX disclosures as well as base knowledge around employee equity plans. You are of course familiar with the foundations of corporate Broad-Based Comp – Fixed and Variable rem, Job Evaluations, Benchmarking etc., but your real interest lies in Exec Comp and Reward Governance.
