About the Role As a Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing high-level strategic and operational HR support to senior leaders and business units. Senior People & Culture Business Partner Location: Sydney/Hybrid Start: ASAP Contract: 6 months Rate: $600–$800 Super per day Key Responsibilities Deliver strategic and tactical HR business partnering to a diverse client group Lead and support workforce planning, talent and capability initiatives Advise on and manage complex people matters, including risk and issue resolution Drive transformation and change management processes Use HR data to provide insights and support evidence-based decision-making Support the implementation and compliance of HR policies and frameworks Essential Requirements Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or substantial equivalent experience Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a business partnering or organisational development role Strong knowledge of HR systems, policies, and practices, preferably within a government or regulated environment Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Case Management experience Operating model change SAP experience, desirable Highly Regarded Prior experience in the NSW public sector or government agencies Sound understanding of public sector legislation, employment frameworks, and governance Experience in delivering large-scale HR or change projects As the Senior Manager, People & Culture Business Partnering , you will provide executive-level HR leadership, aligning people strategies with business priorities and leading strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and change initiatives.
