A global organisation is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead people & culture for the New South Wales operations, and form part of a lean and talented Australian team. You will operate as a trusted standalone leader to ensure consistent alignment and support across regional HR priorities. This position requires maturity, initiative and strong business acumen, particularly in navigating both operational and strategic dynamics in a workforce of both blue and white collar. This position will pay $170,000 Superannuation and offer one to two days working from home. Head Office is in a convenient area of Sydney close to pubic transport. What Your Role Will Look Like In collaboration with the global HR team, develop and implement HR policies aligned with employment relations legislation and National Employment Standards; Oversee talent management, succession planning, and performance management frameworks; Use HR analytics to inform strategy, track workforce trends, and work with the NSW leadership team to support evidence-based decisions; Lead strategic workforce planning, cultural transformation, and organisational change initiatives; and Partner closely with senior leaders to drive and embed state-wide HR advice to leaders across all facets of people management. What You Bring Demonstrated experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or Senior Human Resources Business Partner in a multi-site environment encompassing blue and white collar employees; Experience working in a global, matrix organisation with international reporting lines will come highly regarded; Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence at executive level; and Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Employment Relations, Business Law, or related business discipline.
