As the Senior Data Engineer, you will lead the design and development of a Data Lake environment working, working with an experience team to deliver data and reporting requirements to the business Within the role you will: ▪ Be highly skilled in delivering and supporting a large scale data solutions. ▪ Take responsibility for the design and implementation of a company data lake. ▪ Advise and support a team of specialist in delivering high quality reporting outcomes. ▪ Have experience understanding data privacy and security challenges to be addressed in a health based service. ▪ Take on leadership functions including assisting with strategic planning and reporting on team activities. Technical expertise: Strong experience in data engineering and cloud-based data lakes (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Proficiency in SQL , ETL development (SSIS, stored procedures) , and data modelling . Experience in machine learning model deployment . Solid understanding of data privacy and security requirements in healthcare settings Leadership & soft skills: Demonstrated leadership and the ability to coordinate a team of peers. Excellent time management , communication , and problem-solving skills. A proactive, service-oriented approach to teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
