About the role CE Group is currently in a large period of growth, and we have an exciting position for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our team . The Bid Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting CE Group’s tendering and business development activities. This role is responsible for the efficient coordination of bid documents, expressions of interest, and related materials. It also provides administrative support to the pre-construction and business development teams, helping the business respond to opportunities in a timely, professional, and brand conscious manner. About you: This role will work closely with estimating team and wider senior leadership members to deliver high quality submissions and maintain business development support in a timely manner, your efforts may be towards: Assist of collection of materials for tender preparation, expressions of interest and presentations Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather and structure bid content Liaise with clients to compile documents required for bid completion Monitoring of shared inbox for tender addendums and client correspondence and assist in distributing accordingly Participation and involvement in business development meetings Assist in maintaining internal databases, CRM and registers to support the business development mangers Support in maintaining templates, formatted materials, document control and building a well organised library of tender related information Tracking upcoming tender opportunities and submissions through various portals Requirements To be successful in this role, will have the following; Ability to research, source and analyse content required for tenders. 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar position, especially within the construction industry would be of advantage Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Previous experience utilising InDesign, Canva and the extended Adobe suit would be ideal A team player with a passion to understand the industry and a drive to win bids!
