We are seeking an experienced property administrator to join their team at their head office in Newstead. What you will be doing… Your duties will include but are not limited to: Tenant and Landlord Liaison: Maintain positive relationships with tenants and landlords by addressing enquiries and concerns promptly. Conduct routine inspections, entry, and exit condition reports. Maintenance Management: Action maintenance requests efficiently, liaising with contractors and owners to achieve timely resolutions. Ensure all compliance requirements are upheld across properties managed Leasing Support: Assist with leasing tasks including open homes, application processing, and lease sign-ups as required. Arrears Management: Monitor and manage rental arrears, implementing company procedures to minimise outstanding rent. Administration and Compliance: Complete property management administrative duties with accuracy and within set timeframes. Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, company policies, and trust accounting standards. Team Support: Collaborate with property managers, leasing consultants, and accounts teams to provide seamless service continuity. Participate in team meetings and training to maintain consistent processes across the organisation. What you need… Minimum 4 years’ experience as a property administrator Current Real Estate Registration Certificate - essential Experience with property me (ideal) Can do attitude and fantastic energy – this role is fast paced! Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
