Your Impact As a Project Coordinator in our Field Services team, you’ll be the key link that keeps our projects moving. From emergency lighting and EV chargers to power quality and switchboard services, you’ll make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time, with everything they need to succeed. You’ll be across it all. Setting up new jobs, confirming site details, organising documentation, scheduling technicians, following up missing info, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll help deliver projects that power hospitals, airports, data centres and more across Australia and New Zealand. No two days are the same and you’ll never be stuck doing one thing. This is a role where your coordination skills really make a difference. What You’ll Be Doing: Coordinating a wide range of service jobs from purchase order to close-out Setting up jobs in our internal system with accurate details and documentation Confirming customer contacts, site access and scheduling requirements Uploading and managing all relevant documents including POs, quotes, scopes and reports Liaising with supervisors and technicians to schedule work and plan delivery Keeping track of status, updates and next steps so jobs run smoothly Supporting internal handovers and helping resolve technical details when needed Following up any missing information and staying in regular contact with customers What You’ll Bring: Experience in project coordination, scheduling or field services Great communication skills with customers, technicians and internal teams Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership over your work Confidence managing competing priorities and keeping things organised Comfortable using job management or ERP systems (Dynamics 365 is a bonus) Industry knowledge in electrical or service delivery is helpful but not essential A proactive mindset and confidence to figure things out as you go What’s on offer: You will be part of a collaborative team, work in an innovative & supportive environment and enjoy the benefits that come with working at NHP including: A great place to work – the word ‘family’ encompasses who we are and how we do business A culture that encourages work / life fulfilment Ongoing learning & development to meet your professional development needs Access to an Employee Assistance Program for you and your family Novated Leasing – options for salary packaging your car Discounts on corporate health insurance with Bupa Job security Parking onsite The remuneration package will be based on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
