About You Proven experience in administration, ideally within an education or similar busy office environment. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, work autonomously and maintain accuracy under pressure. Proficiency in Google Suite and confidence using databases, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other digital platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new systems (e.g., Synergetic, VASS, Webflow). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and collaborative approach to engaging with students, parents, colleagues, and external stakeholders. A relevant qualification in Business Administration, School Administration, Education Support or equivalent experience in an educational setting. Ideal experience Experience in VET and VM administration (highly regarded). Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Synergetic, COMPASS and Google Suite. Exemplary organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. Previous experience in a busy secondary school environment (advantageous). The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team. Availability to work full-time, on-site, from 8:00am – 4:06pm. A lively and practical understanding of, and respect for, the Catholic ethos of the College. A current (or ability to obtain) Employee Working with Children Check and National Police Check prior to commencement.
