We are currently seeking two candidates to join our team: one experienced Warranty Clerk and one Junior Warranty Clerk to join the team based in Burwood . What the role entails: Compile and complete warranty claims following brand guidelines and costing of repair orders Ensure valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted are kept Maintain monthly reconciliation of claims and submit transport and hidden damage claims Ensure proper documentation and verifying criteria is provided to the manufacturer or distributor Ensure clear direction on factory policy decisions are adhered to at all times Effectively liaising with the Workshop Foreman, Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure we provide the best service to our customers – both external and internal What we are looking for: Automotive experience preferred but not essential Knowledge of automotive warranty claims guidelines is advantageous Unrestricted work rights in Australia Strong interpersonal, communication and numeracy skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks as required Excellent attention to detail and following processes Effective conflict resolution skills to facilitate positive outcomes in a timely manner Ability to work within a team environment with a can do attitude Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and create memorable customer experiences Punctual, reliable, confident and friendly with a professional attitude The benefits of working with us: Access discounted rates on Bupa Private Health Insurance, prioritizing your well-being Exclusive discounts on vehicles, parts and servicing Benefit from our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing support and resources during challenging times Lifestyle discounts, including Gym memberships and retail discounts Paid parental leave to support you and your family
