About the Role: Meet and greet patients, customers, suppliers and practice staff Manage all incoming phone calls for the practice Schedule patient appointments and perform follow-up confirmation communication Communicate bookings and patient needs with Dental staff Maintain practice and office supplies, including the ordering of stock Prepare documented treatment plans for patients Process payments, health insurance rebates and other claims Maintain patient records and other computer systems and databases Prepare correspondence as directed Coordinate marketing and finance activities as directed Bank reconciliations Bookkeeping functions including processing timesheets Opening and processing emails Potential Candidates Must Have the Following Attributes: Fluent verbal and written English.
