In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing client base, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction with our payment solutions. You'll be a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and contribute directly to our clients' growth and our company's expansion. What you'll do: Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts, building strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their evolving cross-border payment needs and providing tailored solutions. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and products to existing clients. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure maximum value realization from our platform. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless client experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes in the cross-border payments space. Educate clients on new product features, market insights, and best practices. Resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Contribute to the development of client success strategies and playbooks.
